We offer an extensive nationwide service to ensure that the ongoing use of your equipment is trouble free throughout its lifecycle. Our team of highly experienced engineers can install into any vehicle and backed by our friendly support staff, undertake to establish an ongoing and supportive relationship with you for the duration of your contract.

 

Full Deployment Project Management
Our strategic planning is carried out with exacting precision in all operations and coordinated by our experienced project managers. We will devise a detailed, bespoke plan for deployment of your programme in cooperation with your fleet managers. Business needs vary from company to company and we are mindful that your particular requirements are likely to be unique - therefore we handle every project according to these individual specifications.

All elements of the programme are equally important, therefore our attention to the detail at each stage from document control, equipment preparation and distribution through engineer coordination, vehicle data management, quality control and final vehicle handover are all subject to stringent quality controls.

We have successfully installed many thousands of systems into corporate fleets from single sites to those operating up to 200 depots and requiring a hundred or more installations per day.

LINK 300 Maintenance

Any equipment subjected to the harsh environment of a motor vehicle can develop a fault. We therefore provide LINK 300 Cover - an optional maintenance agreement - that serves to reduce unnecessary costs and inconvenience in the event that your complex, computerised communications centre develops a fault.

• A nationwide repair and network service
• Fast and efficient repair
• Flexibility - add new items to your cover as you purchase them

Do I Need LINK 300 Cover?
The TomTom LINK 300 unit is the hub of the TomTom Business Solutions system and is an intricate, high-tech transmissions centre. Like all other computer equipment, it can be susceptible to faults or failings at the most inoperative times. LINK 300 Cover provides peace of mind, that in the event of any equipment failure or malfunction, an experienced team of service engineers will react immediately to repair the fault and restore your service, without any unnecessary inconvenience.

For a nominal monthly fee you can reassure yourself against all repair costs and also receive immediate and reliable service with the security that your business will remain operational with minimal disruption.

Alternatively, you can choose to have repairs carried out on a non-contract basis. You will still receive our exemplary repair service but you will be subject to standard call-out, parts, labour and administration costs.
